Our client is a Bangkok-based innovation developer providing services and help creating digital transformation experience for businesses in Thailand. Our client also develops and designs marketing technology that will help companies move forward to the digital future.

​

  • Manage and maintain IT Services & Mission Critical System(7x24) to stability, reliability and performance with security awareness (Including Data Center, Multi-Cloud and Network links)

  • Leads and coordinates the infrastructure related project with responsibility on quality, on time and also budget and process implementation

  • Plan and manage IT Financial CAPEX, OPEX and Budgeting

  • Manage and coach teams size > 3x members. (IT Infrastructure & IT Service & Support Team)

  • Develop innovations and technologies that can be applied to work systems or platforms to be effective and give advice on ways to apply new technologies in the organization to improve operational efficiency

  • Develop, analyze to improve operational processes to increase work efficiency including analyzing and evaluating the value of investment in information technology

  • Determine and formulate IT Infrastructure and Security management policies and roadmap in accordance with the policy company vision and mission

  • Executive level presentation skills, and good communication skills, demonstrated decision-making conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation skills

Qualification:

​

 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operational Research or any related field

  • 8+ years up Strong Experience in IT and 5+ years up for Management Level.

  • Multi Cloud, Data Center and Operation Management Skill

  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Operation including IT Service Management

  • A proven Experience of IT Infrastructure and Operation to maintain reliable, scalable, secure, cost-effective infrastructure.

  • Demonstrated Can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

  • Lead and building tech capabilities with best practice to the team.

  • Project Management Skill, Customer Experience Management Skill, Advising mentoring skills, Negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Proactive, Good leadership skill, interpersonal, communications, and persuasive skills

  • Experience in Digital Platform, Retail, Energy industry are preferred

  • Good communication skills in English and Thai
