I.T. Strategy Management
(Salary: 120k - 150k)

Our client is a leader of trades in petroleum products, gas products, and supplies and equipment for oil service stations, consumable products, and transportation in Thailand.
The company also manages petrol stations. It also engages in food and beverages business; operates convenience stores under its own brand portfolio.
Furthermore, the company engages in oil transportation, transportation liquid products, management system, health product development, and digital currency exchange and digital assets seller and foreign currency exchange business. It also offers support services, electronic financial services, money transfer services, payment facilitating services, bill payment services, and goods logistics services, including passenger transportation, as well as engages in car service and car repair business.
IT Strategy Management Responsibilities:

Review and develop IT digital and operating model strategies including initial vision, strategic requirements, and structured linkage to the business strategy

Support alignment between division and corporate strategies, regulations and standards through strong collaboration and partnership with the technology and business teams

Provide thought leadership and specialized insights to team and other parties related around such as Mega-trends, disruptive technologies, digital business transformation, and so on

Contribute to coach and develop team members for the development of various technology service offerings, practice thought leadership, and body of knowledge

Manage teams to delivery of all-party engagements

Lead the definition of policies, processes, strategies, standards, and guidelines using best practice frameworks, whilst reviewing current approaches and suggesting improvements
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of strategy consulting experience. 4+ years are required for a senior-level role

2+ years of experience leading small teams including planning/structuring analytical work and facilitating team workshops

5+ years of experience improving the business value of technology

5+ years of experience in at least 2 of these areas;

IT Value Strategy: shaping the direction of IT to align the overall shareholder and business vision and objectives and drive measurable improvements

Digital Strategy: addressing the issues, decisions, actions and investments required in IT to create a digital business

Enterprise Architecture Strategy: developing the foundation for business and technology capabilities and execution improvement

AI Strategy: outlining usage and effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence

Cloud Strategy: enabling companies to access IT-based services, including infrastructure, applications, platforms and business processes, via the Internet to shape organizations cloud journeys

Technology Innovation and Ecosystems: exploring new and emerging technologies to create a vision of how technology will shape the future and invent the next wave of cutting-edge business solutions

IT Operating Model: shaping how the IT function will need to operate to achieve the New IT and stakeholder objectives and workforce talent strategy

Experience in one or more of the following; Strategy thinking, SWOT analysis, 5 force model, disruptive innovation, ERRC, strategic canvas, digital business transformation, customer journey and experience, brand loyalty program, Data Governance, Information security, IT Service Management, Project management, and so on

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to develop hypotheses, frame problems, and generate relevant insights based on supporting data

Demonstrated ability to work in highly ambiguous and complex environments and the ability to interface with executives and demonstrated commitment to personal growth and professional development

Bachelor Degree or higher in field of study in Business, Informatics, Computer Sciences or related fields; MBA, Master of science in related fields preferred

Exceptional oral and written capabilities with demonstrated experience developing well structured, logical, and audience relevant communications; must have strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
