Role and Responsibility:

​

• Manager overall IR strategy and execute IR activities including fundraising (M&A) strategy by working in partnership with CEO, CFO, and Board of Director.

• Represent company to communicate with investors, analysts, financial institutes and shareholders in order to build relationship with investor community.

• Develop M&A strategy and manage the M&A function post fundraising.

• Work with the Board members to develop the investor proposition and draft the communication and messaging.

• Provide senior leadership with a proactive assessment and other relevant feedback and guidance needed on how to increase the interactions with the investment community.

• Provide an analysis of business performance including financial results and operational data.

• Ensure compliance of the company and BOD with the relevant laws, regulations, resolution and corporate government practices.

Qualifications:

​

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields

• At least 10 years' experience in Investor Relations with listed companies

• Strong familiarity with SEC & SET requirements around financial reporting and communications

• Able to develop and maintain a sense of credibility within the investor community and the organization's management team.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills

• Effective communication skills in English
